About Heather

I didn’t always feel strong. For a long time, I didn’t even feel at home in my body. After having my son, I struggled with weight, identity, and the pressure to bounce back. I held onto shame. I used discipline and punishing workouts to cope.

The military taught me grit. It also taught me to disconnect. Becoming a mom taught me love. It also left me feeling lost. I hit a point where I didn’t recognize myself.

Then I found Pilates—and strength training. And something shifted. I stopped chasing perfection. I started rebuilding trust with myself, from the inside out.

Now, I help women move with intention, eat with confidence, and feel strong again, not just in their bodies, but in their lives.
